Jason Parquet was first formed as a sole proprietorship in 1988 before converting to a Private Limited Company in 1993.

The Company grew along with, Mr Jason Sim who is the Managing Director cum major shareholder of the Company with 25 executives and office staff, 150 direct labour and 150 indirect labour.

The Company is also professionally run, as acknowledged by its key customers survey conducted in mid-2000.
