Jason Parquet Specialist (S) Pte Ltd is a leading flooring specialist in Singapore. A specialist that is knowledgeable in the properties and installation methods of wood flooring. Jason Parquet supplies and installs wood flooring for sizeable development projects such as the prestigious Ardmore Park Condominium, Caribbean @ Keppel Bay, Berthside @ Sentosa, Kovan Melody, The Icon and many more. The Company has a BCA L6 and CWO1 license that allows it to handle projects of up to unlimited contract value.

Jason Parquet caters to both the private and public property markets in Singapore and deals largely with the residential sector. As a market leader, the Company is the first in the industry to obtain the ISO 9001 in 2000 and has subsequently achieved ISO 9001: 2000 version in March 2003.

Major Customers

The Company’s key customers are major property developers such as Keppel Land, Capital Land, Far East, Fraser Centerpoint, City Developments Ltd and main contractors including Poh Lian Holdings Ltd, Hexacon Construction, Tiong Seng Contractor, Dragages Singapore, Tiong Aik Construction and Woh Hup (Pte) Ltd.

Key Developments

Key wood used i.e. Parquet, Timber Strips and Timber Plank are imported mainly from Brazil, Paraguay, Australia, Canada, USA, Indonesia, Vietnam and Burma.

The Company has also successfully launched its Air-Thrust Floor, a Sports Flooring System in July 2001. As of end 2006, a total of approx. 30,000 sqm of Sports Flooring have been installed with an estimated contract value of close to S$5 million. Completed projects include the Republic Polytechnic Sports Complex, SIA Clubhouse, Yio Chu Kang Sports Hall, Woodland Sports Stadium, Sembawang Camp, Henry Park Primary School, Sun Yat Sen Villa and others.

The Company has also beefed up our retail outlet.  An annual contribution to turnover from this retail arm is expected to hit S$3.5 million in 2006 and S$4 million in 2007.

In line with our strategic objectives, Jason Parquet has also set up another subsidiary Company in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in May 2003. This company was set up to cater to exclusive residential projects in K.L. completed projects include, Meadow Banks @ Federal Hill and GEII @ Jalan Ampang.  Turnover was about RM3 million in 2006 and expected to hit RM4 million in 2007.
